I purchased this new and have been using it. There are no noticeable scratches, and it functions without any problems. It's compact but has four footswitches, which is convenient. Also, it includes amp models that are not often found in other multi-effects units, making it enjoyable. I will ship it in the original box. An AC adapter is included.
