There is some fraying at the top and bottom, and faint stains remain. It's a light color, so it's somewhat noticeable. A chip is also visible on the top of the plastic core. Therefore, I have marked it as having scratches and stains, but I don't think it will affect the seams. The actual color may differ from the photos due to the amount of light during shooting.
