This is a pass case (pass pouch) from Kidona Lab. Color: White. Features an extendable reel. It has two compartments inside, allowing you to store lift tickets, money, small items, etc., separately. Approximate size: 17cm x 10cm. It's a size that won't get in the way when hanging from your waist, but it has significantly more storage capacity than a regular pass case. I bought it new, but there is some fading due to UV exposure. Also, since it was actually used, there are some scratches and stains, but it's still perfectly usable.
