I purchased this at Costco. There is no box. I bought a separate safety belt, but I didn't use it. Upon close inspection, there is some slight soiling (see photo 2). There is a small stain (see photo 3). Otherwise, the condition is quite good. However, this is a used item, so please understand this before purchasing.
