This is a large acrylic stand of the "Man with the Red Umbrella" that was sold at the "Mojika-ka-ka" pop-up shop. It is new and unopened. It was sold at an official Chinese distributor, so a Chinese product description sticker is attached to the back, but there is no difference from the items sold in Japan.
