This is a semi-hard case for a French horn (bell-cut type). It's a Protec PB316SB. I bought it because I wanted to play the French horn I used to play in my student days again, and I needed a way to carry it to practice studios and lessons. I stopped playing after about six months, and it has been stored in a closet since then. I used it about 4-5 times a month for about six months after I bought it in September 2022. After that, it was mostly stored in the closet. As shown in the photos, I will also include the backpack straps (BPSTRAP) that allow you to carry it like a backpack. Also, the included shoulder strap has not been used. I will include this as well. It was convenient to carry it as a backpack. There is also a pocket on the back for sheet music and small items, so I could keep all my belongings together. The construction is sturdy, so it feels safe. I think it will protect the instrument from external impacts. I used it with a YAMAHA French horn YHR 567D. It fit without any problems. Please be aware that it has been stored with a French horn inside for a while, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
