This is a listing for two Kiridashi knives made by Sakusaku Hidari. I was told at the time of purchase that they were made by the second-generation Sakusaku Hidari, Takayasu Ikegami. Mr. Takayasu Ikegami passed away in 2008, and these are now very difficult to obtain. The Kiridashi knife on the left has gold inlay on the lower part of the handle, but the type of metal is unknown.
