Upon amateur inspection, I don't see any noticeable scratches or chips, but this is just my amateur assessment. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. (Diameter: Approximately 16cm) It has a Showa retro feel with roses (possibly), and the yellow flowers are understated, making the design very cute. The gold trim may have faded over time. The color is difficult to tell from the photos, but it gives the impression of a grayish white rather than pure white.
