This is a novelty item from Suntory Juhyo, dating back over 40 years. For those who remember that era, it's a nostalgic octopus. I received it from a friend who owned a liquor store when I was in junior high school. I don't think I used it very often, but there is deterioration due to age, as seen in the 11th photo.
