I mainly used other items, so the frequency of use wasn't high, but there are some small pills and friction from the Velcro in places. I didn't wear it directly on my skin, but over underwear. It has been home-cleaned in a laundry net. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. The box will be folded and shipped.
