This is a genuine license plate, from Kitakyushu, with the registration cancelled by the Land Transport Bureau. It's the real deal, removed from a vehicle. You can't get these at a general store. It's a single plate. It was actually attached to a car. It might look even better if you polish it with compound. How about it as a collectible for those who like Fukuoka and Kitakyushu?
