This is a tweed-type hard case. Manufacturer unknown (not Fender). I used it to store a guitar, so I never took it outside. There are no noticeable scratches, and it's in good condition. The interior cushion is velvet-like and has a luxurious feel. There are no tears, and the fabric hasn't sagged due to age, so it's in good working order. The handle hardware is slightly deformed, but it doesn't affect carrying. There is no key. Please consider the above conditions.
