This is "Dragon Quest 3" for the Game Boy Color. I used to play this when I was a child, and I dug it out from my parents' house. *No box, instruction manual, or cartridge case included.* I tested it on a Game Boy Color and confirmed that it works, with no issues with the gameplay or sound (see images). However, I was unable to save for extended periods. This seems to be due to the battery for the save function being dead.
