I believe it's in good condition with little wear, but there is some minor pilling on the elastic waistband and the inside of the pockets. Waist (laid flat) is approximately 32cm. There are no adjusters, but it has an elastic waistband that stretches. It's fleece-lined and warm♪ Instant purchase is welcome.
