The contents are relatively clean, but there were some parts checked with a pencil, which I erased. Depending on how you look at it, there may be some areas where the erasure marks are noticeable. Also, there is a tear on the bottom right of the last page where a name sticker was peeled off. Please check the photos. I have checked several times, but please understand that as a used item, there may be some overlooked pencil marks or writing.
