Both the bird and the maid figures appear to be unopened, but the boxes are dirty (they feel rough to the touch). This has been the case since I acquired them, so it's likely an issue with the previous owner's storage conditions. The contents seem to be in good condition as far as I can see. I played ToHeart2 Dungeon Travelers on the VITA, and it was fun. However, since there are many other excellent characters for the maid class, I never used Silfa (unrelated story).
