These items were purchased at guesthouses and shops on Hateruma Island during a solo trip around 1996-98. Awanami is a local liquor distributed only on the island, and it was difficult to obtain at the time. I intended to open them on a special occasion, but I missed the opportunity, and I don't drink much alcohol anymore, so I'd like to sell them. The brewer is the first generation, Tetsuo Hateruma. Both are from the late 90s, so there is no bottling date stamp. Also, while Awamori currently has "Ryukyu Awamori" displayed on the cap and label, these have the old label that says "Honba Awamori" (Authentic Awamori). Furthermore, the telephone area code is 5 digits, 09808, which is different from the current one. They have been stored in a dark, cool place indoors. There is no fading or peeling of the labels. The 600ml and 360ml set is great for collecting, or it would be fun to compare it with recent Awanami. They will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a recycled box.
