This is a foot-pedal sewing machine manufactured by Aichi Kogyo Co., Ltd. approximately 70 years ago. It's still in working condition, but the belt should probably be replaced. It comes with the instruction manual and a toolbox containing tools like an oiler. It can also be used as an antique decorative item, and the stand can be repurposed.
