This is a U/P hair accessory that was sold at the QUQU salon in Shibuya. I purchased it at the salon a few years ago and wore it about twice, then stored it at home. I bought it for around ¥4,000. The elastic band had deteriorated, so I replaced it with a commercially available one. I think there are no problems with wearing it.
