I bought this for Halloween and wore it once. The elastic in the skirt has stretched out during long-term home storage, so it needs to be replaced. The waist size is about 70cm when stretched. The skirt length is about 29cm. Other than the waist elastic, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. Thank you for your understanding. I plan to fold and compress it when shipping.
