When I bought it, it was listed as having no noticeable scratches. The disc surface is very clean, but there are marks on the cover of the lyric booklet (see image). (I've described this honestly, so please check the photos.) I paid a high price for this, so I don't want to lower the price too much, but I'm listing it at a lower price due to the slight damage.
