Recently, there have been fewer black sea bream near the shore, so I've been making floats for fishing a bit further out. I've made one that I think is perfect, so I'd like to introduce it to you. ① First, it has excellent visibility. It's easy to see in the morning twilight, on cloudy days, and of course on sunny days. ② The egg-shaped form has low air resistance, resulting in good flight posture. It flies stably even in headwinds and returns smoothly when retrieving. ③ The top is Φ3mm, and the bottom is Φ2mm → Φ0.8mm tapered SIC, so troublesome sinker balls are unnecessary. The line can be threaded without a float eye. ④ The body is coated with oil-based fluorescent paint and then a durable lacquer, followed by a clear coat. The interior is entirely covered with ABS pipe, making it resistant to water ingress. ⑤ It has a slightly low center of gravity with ballast for easy long casting, making it a float that anyone can use. ⑥ When using the indicated weight, the water line is where the top color changes, but it's designed with a little leeway.
