The seal books were only taken out to remove the limited edition cards and then put back in the bag. The cut at the top of the bag was there when I bought it. Since the limited edition cards are missing from the seal books, I am including the 3 Gold Puppy cards as a set. I have stored them in a dark place, so I think they are in relatively good condition without any noticeable scratches. However, these are items stored by an individual, so please understand this.
