I've added a flame maple border for a luxurious finish. I hope you enjoy experimenting with this cabinet, such as adding sound-absorbing material or changing the speakers and wiring, while searching for your favorite sound. The grain of the wood is continuous because the boards are assembled in order. The older growth rings (the outside of the tree) are on the outside of the cabinet, just as they were when the tree was alive. The body is joined using half-blind dovetail joints. I try to be as careful as possible when making these, but there may be scratches, dents, warps, chips, cracks, color unevenness, paint unevenness, and speaker mounting marks from the manufacturing process, so please judge from the photos.
