While there's no manual, so I'm unsure if it's completely waterproof, the clothing inside didn't get wet when I used it in the rain. The jacket has snap buttons that allow you to easily detach the sleeves and make it a short-sleeved jacket. The waist has Velcro straps and drawstrings on the inside, so you can tighten the waist and hem. The pants have a ventilation system at the knees to reduce stuffiness in the rain. The hems have Velcro straps that can be used to adjust the silhouette and improve bunching. Overall, it's a rain suit with thoughtful details.
