Sprouted brown rice from Nakamichi Farm in Shiga Prefecture. Officially, it's called: hatsuga mae-chan genmai milky queen It's brown rice of Milky Queen before sprouting. It seems to be rice grown using organic farming methods. Two bags, each containing 420 grams. I received it in the fall of 2024, but my family doesn't eat rice due to a rice allergy.
