I used this for a few months during my second trimester. I didn't use it in my third trimester or postpartum because I was hospitalized. I wore it over my underwear and never wore it as a single layer. There's some stretching and pilling, but I think this level of stretching and pilling would occur even with a new item after a few washes. Would this be suitable for someone who wants a spare or wants to try it out? This was my third pregnancy, and I've tried various pelvic support belts, but this pant-type one is great because it doesn't slip once you put it on, and it's comfortable and stress-free during checkups and trips to the restroom.
