It was only used for one season, so the fabric isn't thin, but please be aware of this. The swimsuit is a diaper pant. It can be worn over swim diapers, and children who are toilet training and a little worried can wear it as is because the leg openings are leak-proof! I had my child take it to nursery school during toilet training, but they weren't allowed in the pool without removing the diaper, so they only wore it once. It has a float! You can look through the transparent window, so your child will be thrilled to see fish in the sea as well as in the pool ☺︎ I have two, and this one is almost new because I didn't use it much.
