I pulled this myself and immediately put it in a sleeve. It's the Mega Venusaur ex SAR. Comes with a bonus Mega Venusaur ex SR. [Condition] SAR only! The illustration is quite complex, so it's difficult to judge, but I'm not sure if the thing that appears near the mouth when light is shone on it at an angle is a pattern or an initial scratch where the holo is slightly missing (see the last photo). Otherwise, I think it's clean. Please check the images of the four corners of the front and back (SAR only!). Since I haven't had it professionally graded, please consider it for play. Also, please refrain from purchasing if you are reselling PSA-graded items or are overly concerned about the condition, as this can lead to trouble.
