I purchased these new around late January of this year. I used them about once or twice a week in February and March, and then about once a month or less from April onwards. Regarding the condition, there are some wrinkles in places. I haven't noticed any significant scratches or stains. Also, the only smell is the characteristic smell of leather. I consistently used Dr. Scholl's spray to deodorize them every day. All accessories, including the box and instruction manual, are included.
