We are not a coffee specialty shop, but rather offer coffee as a side business, so we can provide it at a more affordable price than specialty shops. Some items have limited stock, so please order soon. Since we roast after receiving your order, you can specify the roast level. If you do not specify, we will prepare it with our recommended roast level. Also, we weigh the beans at 240g before roasting, so the weight may be lighter depending on the roast level. The shop owner will choose three recommended specialty coffees based on your preferred roast level and type. 〇What we can do: ・Specify the roast level (We usually prepare dark roasts at Full City Roast and light roasts at High Roast.
