The title says "almost new" because I've only worn it once. Therefore, there are no scratches or stains. I only wore it on purpose to stand out at a car gathering. I also bought this new on Yahoo Auctions, but I'm not sure if the two items were a set. I just bought them because they were listed together. It has been in the closet for a long time, so please understand that there may be some unseen dust. Thank you very much.
