I purchased the book last year, and it's relatively clean, but as you can see in the images, there are quite a few pages in the answer explanation section with markings and writing. I have also checked the incorrect answers on the problem pages. I used this book in the early stages of my CCNA studies, but I switched to online problem sets in the later stages, so although there is writing, I think the usage is relatively light. I kept it just in case, but I passed the exam at the end of last year, so I am selling it.
