I used the pages with the entrance and school preparation features extensively, so it shows a lot of wear and tear, but I don't think there are any tears or stains. Also, the sewing patterns for clothes other than those in the features haven't been used and are still attached. The top, bottom, fore-edge, and corners all show signs of use, but the inside is readable and the patterns are intact, so how about it?
