This is a pannier rack made by Tailfin of the UK. It's designed to be attached using a dedicated thru-axle and by clamping to the seatpost, and the main selling point is its ease of attachment and detachment, which can be done in under 10 seconds once you get the hang of it. I liked the aerodynamic look and purchased it from the manufacturer's EC site, but I'm selling it because I'm getting rid of the bike it was attached to. I purchased optional parts to attach third-party panniers, and used it with Ortlieb panniers for commuting and camping touring. It was used for less than a year, and there is no significant damage. The included dedicated 12mm thru-axle has a thread pitch of 1.5mm, so please check if it fits your bike before considering purchasing (thru-axles with different pitches and quick releases are sold on the manufacturer's EC site).
