There are no instructions, but it's easy to assemble without them. Just connect the joints at the four corners, three on each vertical bar, as shown in the images. In images 5 and 7, you'll see a small protrusion in the middle of the vertical bars; attach the joints there. Image 8 shows how to secure the bottom tray to the steel frame. That's it! Image 2 shows the door opening forward, laying flat at 180 degrees. It's easy to set up, yet sturdy. I bought it for a puppy and used it for about six months. I didn't use it very often, and now that my dog is bigger and spends more time in the room, I'm selling it. It's a used item, so there are some slight stains on the tray if you look closely.
