Thank you for viewing. I've kept this as a memento of my grandmother, but I'm selling it because I have no opportunity to wear it. This is a maru obi (full-width obi) made around the 1940s to 1950s. My grandmother brought it as part of her trousseau, but it seems it has been stored in the storehouse for the past few decades. I've aired it out, but those sensitive to smells may want to refrain from purchasing. As shown in the images, there are stains and fold creases. I think it's not a problem for those accustomed to antiques, but it's not a suitable item for delicate people. For those who like antique kimonos, or those who enjoy remaking items with obi.
