I purchased this at Baby R Us. I'm selling it because I haven't had many chances to wear it. The sleeves have ruffles and are cute. The fabric is soft and doesn't feel scratchy. Size 90 New and unused, but it has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
