This is a Naruto Scissors Yon-Suki Thrust Yu B23. The scissors have been sharpened. They were used infrequently and ultimately I'm selling them as I haven't used them. They feature double bearings, making them very easy to open and close. Even though they are four-toothed, they cut very well and hair volume adjustment is easy. They are reverse blades. There may be small scratches, but there are no critical damages and I think they are in good condition. This is just my personal assessment.
