I purchased this over 20 years ago at either Seibu Ikebukuro or Tobu Ikebukuro. I haven't used it much, but it has some dullness from long-term storage at home. I plan to ship it as is, in a plastic bag or paper bag. To prevent swapping, returns are not accepted.
