This item was purchased new about 9 years ago. It was used by my child, but has been stored folded up for a while. The balls are missing, and only one is included. There is no instruction manual, but you can find it by searching the web for "Model number 4401 Winnie the Pooh Jungle Gym Instruction Manual". The part of the stairs that touches the floor is slightly lifted, but there was no problem when climbing the stairs. The cardboard box for storage has stains as shown in the photo. Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item.
