This is a Brocken soft vinyl figure from China. Although not made by Bandai, it has a tag indicating licenses from Tsuburaya and UM. It's approximately 14 centimeters tall. The material is soft. The arms, as well as the tentacles and torso, are poseable. The second photo is a size comparison with a current soft vinyl figure. The Blazer figure is not included. The photos are for reference.
