This is a popular Patagonia fleece. It's probably around a size 90-100 (Japanese sizing). Purchased about two years ago and worn for one season. Worn 1-2 times after cleaning. There's some pilling, but I haven't removed it because I'm afraid of damaging it. It would probably look quite clean if treated. The inside has a floral design.
