I received this as a souvenir from someone from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. It has been stored for about 30 years. I've just been keeping it stored away, so I would be happy if someone could use it as part of their collection, or if someone who wears traditional Japanese clothing could make use of it. There are no certificates of appraisal or anything else included.
