This is a fluffy, mini plushie of MEIKO from the Hatsune Miku series. It's palm-sized. There's a loop on the head for attaching a chain, but it's not present, possibly because it was never there to begin with. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been stored at home.
