Unused, but the original bag was torn, so it has been stored in a separate OPP bag. I believe it was received as a novelty item when the product was purchased. The size is approximately 10cm x 12cm, a mini size. I think it can also be used as an accessory for stuffed animals or dolls. Since it's an older item, there are some areas where the color has faded.
