This is the new INUI makeup base released in August. Purchased: Late September Used: Less than 5 times (I used less than the recommended amount, so I think it's about 90% full). It has a high SPF, but it feels light on the skin and doesn't feel tight or dry. I think you can use it with confidence all year round. I just bought it, and I haven't carried it around, so I think it's in good condition, but it's still a used item, so please understand.
