Purchased at a used clothing store, this is a beautiful used item worn only a few times. This is a brand called Couture Salvage 5569, created in 2014 by an artist living in Los Angeles. It is a genuine one-of-a-kind item, so there is no other identical piece in the world. There is writing on the tag. There are some loose threads, but no stains, holes, or missing buttons. I believe those accustomed to used clothing will not find these issues bothersome. Great color combination, Made in USA (2014).
