This was purchased at a special corner in the Isetan Men's Building in Shinjuku. I believe it was around 30,000 yen. It was made by Italian craftsmen, and I had to wait about three months after ordering before I could purchase it. Due to a decrease in business trips, it has been stored unused for a long time.
