I purchased this new about a year ago, and it has a silver frame. I mainly used it for running and cycling in the winter. The inside of the sponge shows some wear and tear from rubbing. The main issue is that the screw part that opens and closes has become loose, and there's a bit of play, because I washed it in a net every time I went running. It's fine for normal use, but it's risky if you use it roughly. It might work fine if I could replace the screw that you tighten with the hex wrench inside, but I can't do that, so it's as is. The right ear side cracked once, and I reinforced it with tape. It keeps you warm and blocks the wind, but you can still hear outside sounds, so it's safe. I've lost the storage case, so it's just the main unit and the box. When shipping, I will open the box to fit it in a Nekopos size package, and I will wrap the main unit in bubble wrap to prevent damage. Please understand.
